Our Mission

To secure and restore the humanity of impoverished children and families through the provision of basic needs and education

Introducing our law firm

A Glimpse of What We Do

Because we are a smaller nonprofit, we are able to really get to know each of the families who are served.

We currently help support two programs that are empowering children, their families, and the communities in which they live.

Making an Impact

Camila

Camila obtained one of the highest scores in university thanks to her good grades obtained at school and the reinforcement that provided through the tutoring program.  Today Camila is an example of inspiration for other young people who are lost in delinquency, drug addiction, alcoholism and prostitution.  Camila is an example for young people to fight for their dreams and that good decisions can be made despite the problems and social issues that arise in their environment.

Alexa

Alexa was struggling in school and not able to recognize some words and.  She also struggled with counting.  Her parents were unable to help her due to their lack of education.  This situation came to the attention of the director of the Pan de Vida Foundation, Evedith Mercado Muñoz and she approached the parents to inform them of the advantages of being able to participate in the tutoring program.  Today, Alexa is a happy girl because her grades are excellent and she says that when she grows up she wants to be a teacher to help other children.

Tomas

Tomas was diagnosed at the beginning of the year 2017 with learning problems.  His teacher suggested to his parents that they seek additional help in order for him to recognize words and numbers.  He was not going to advance to second grade until he received help through the tutoring program.  At the end of 2017, his teacher was congratulating him and his parents for how much he has learned.
